i previously was a growth intern at Kunduz, where i primarily assess user behaviors and data and develop strategic and creative growth initiatives, using SEO and social media to execute product marketing. in addition, i work with Kunduz's business development, UI/UX, and PM team to perform market analysis and research on competition, and conduct brand outreach for product expansion.
as a data science and business intelligence intern at abillion, i leveraged data analytics and statistical learning to drive product development, business intelligence and data-driven research about sustainability. i utilized data wrangling skills and software to compute growth statistics, create business dashboards to identify trends and possible pain points, and build data pipelines on apache airflow for automation.
product marketing
as an infleuncer and digital marketing intern at magical, an AI-powered writing assistant for enhanced productivity, i conducted targeted outreach and closed partnerships with 8 influencers with a total reach of over 2 million followers. i also launched magical's tiktok account, running over 10 content experiments that reached over 250k views on tiktok and presented insights and recommendations to marketing team.
as a business development and product marketing intern at zesttee health, a D2C telehealth startup in singapore, i used seo, direct emails, and targeted fb/instagram ads to increase lead captures. i also collected and analyzed ad/campaign data using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to suggest business plans.
social media management
i collaborated with duke basketball's star player, kyle filipowski, to elevate brand presence through strategic brand building, innovative content ideation, and effective content creation. i ideated and executed series like free food fridays and created viral videos like this which boosted his presence.
i successfully managed and expanded his social media presence, achieving a remarkable fivefold increase in tiktok following to 25k followers and almost 500k likes within a three-month timeframe.
tech products
throughout the past few years, i've been able to develop some cool projects in collaboration with my peers.
last fall in a design sprint challenge, i co-created PickUsUp, a pick-up sports equipment and marketplace app. we identified a problem, conducted user research, crafted a solution, created a business model, and created a product demo using figma.
as part of a hackathon in summer 2021, i helped create be well, a safe space for duke students to learn from each other’s experiences and features a chatbot to guide them through the process of reaching out for mental health support.
in my senior year of high school, me and a friend created chef up!, , a recipe app which provides users with healthy, low cost, tasty, and easy-to-make recipes that can all be made in a college dorm room. on the first day of our app’s launch, it reached the 44th spot on apple's food and drink charts, which was a huge success!
passion projects
aside from school and extracurriculars, i've experimented with building a brand of my own through youtube and tiktok.
over the past 3 years, i've grown my youtube to over 4.2k subscribers, 917k views, over 50k hours of watch time, and 4 figures in income. additionally, i've had brand deals with companies like teami blends and fitbeast.
i have dabbled experimented with tiktok as well, gaining over 2.5k followers and 250k likes, with multiple videos reaching over 100k views and consistent 10% engagement rate.
